Adding to its heavy lineup of collaborations, Converse’s latest creation comes courtesy of Tyler the Creator. Launched today, the shoe is already sold out online.

Tyler the Creator’s shoe for Converse is a redesign of the brand’s popular Converse One Star shoe. The rapper’s limited edition version features a bright orange sole, a white midsole and a light blue upper. The shoe comes with either white or orange laces. Retailing for $100 and launching for the first time today, the sneaker has already sold out online.

This is not the 26-year-old rapper’s first time designing footwear for a big brand. Tyler previously had a relationship with Vans, but left the brand for Converse after feeling creatively stifled. He has also worked with the brand Odd Future and frequently references labels such as Supreme in his lyrics.

To promote the shoe collaboration, Converse released a short video starring Tyler the Creator. The video shows the young rapper wearing the shoes and skateboarding and riding motorbikes.

In addition to its recent high-profile collaborations Miley Cyrus, J.W. Anderson and Alber Elbaz, Converse has also garnered attention for its legal battles. The brand is embroiled in a legal battle to protect the trademark of its Chuck Taylor All Star style from knockoffs.
