The Denim Première Vision trade show is back on 26th and 27th April at the Paris Event Centre, with a special focus on tech innovations and new industry trends.

The denim industry event returns to its former venue in the north of Paris to showcase the latest innovation by a broad range of exhibitors, including the world's top denim manufacturers and finishers.

But Denim Premiere Vision is keen to break new ground, with an event which is more than a trade show. In the last few editions, the organisation led by Chantal Malingrey has sharply focused on providing the denim industry with new analytical tools on the business and its trends, offering crucial insights for analysing and responding to the needs of Millennials. In-keeping with this approach, the byword for 2017 is "R(e)volution".

At the event's entrance, an area concentrating on innovation will welcome visitors and highlight the developments which are likely to transform the sector in the next few years. The showcase will also feature a trend analysis and a selection of the most striking items created by exhibitors for the Autumn/Winter 2018-19. In parallel, a series of conferences will embrace the innovation theme, offering tips to companies for the deployment of pioneering strategies.

Finally, Denim Première Vision will host its very own Hackathon: a competition among teams of fashion school students and creative technologists, who will have nearly 48 hours to make use of their own experiences and expertise to help their group build a coherent and innovative project. The winners will be able to present their finished product at the show's next edition.

With the future firmly in its sights, Denim Première Vision wants to attract the industry players of tomorrow, and imagine how the sector will look like in the years to come.
