Ethical e-commerce site Fashionkind launches first capsule collection

Fashionkind, which describes itself as an ethical e-commerce platform, has launched its first capsule collection, which includes apparel and accessories from designers around the world. The line is also a preview of the platform’s Fine Jewelry Vault, scheduled to launch in September.

The Resort 2018 capsule collection was made in collaboration with designers such as Dana Bronfman, Tejen and Kimberlin Brown. In keeping with Fashionkind’s philosophy for ethical luxury goods, the pieces are all manufactured in the United States. The thirty-piece collection including jeans, dresses, sweaters and a preview of the retailer’s upcoming jewelry collection.
 
Following the release of its first capsule collection, Fashionkind will launch its Fine Jewelry Vault in September. The capsule collection contains a preview of the jewelry collection, with pieces from designers such as Lola Fenhirst, Dana Bronfman and Kimberlin Brown. Prices for pieces in the Vault will range from $425 to $18,000.

Former investment banker Nina Farran launched Fashionkind in 2015 with the goal of bringing ethical, luxury fashion to the e-commerce sector. The site works closely with the brands it carries, ensuring they pay all of their employees fair wages, and intends to educate its consumers about ethical practices through its blog FK Journal and its FK Glossary.
