Crocs reviews management

In the midst of significant restructuring, Crocs is effecting a number of changes tp its management team. Bob Munroe, ex-Reebok and previously president of IdeaPaint, has just been appointed CEO of Crocs for the Americas region.

He succeeds Greg Sullivan, who will assume the newly created position of Senior Vice-President of global business transformation.

In Asia, the American footwear company has named Scott Yuan General Manager of Greater China. To be based in Shanghai, he succeeds Ted Lee, who has left the company. 

Finally, Michelle Poole - previously Senior Vice-President of product at Sperry Top-Sider - succeeds Dale Bathum as Senior Vice-President of global merchandising at Crocs. Bathum, meanwhile, has left Crocs.   

Crocs will publish its Q3 results on October 27.
