Following the success of previous editions, the French Fashion Institute will once again stage its annual Fashion Reboot forum in Paris, aimed at professionals working in the textile, fashion and luxury industries.

Fashion Reboot, 2022

The forum will be held on Thursday December 1 2022 at 3 rue de Mazarine, from 9 am to 6 pm CET. The programme includes debates with IFM experts on the industry’s current evolution and future challenges, and live talks by the players shaping the fashion of tomorrow.

Two geopolitics debates are on the agenda: a discussion on how international politics can be a disruptive factor for the fashion and luxury markets, with Alain Frachon, a journalist at Le Monde, and another on the luxury market in China in times of great political uncertainty, with Alexis Bonhomme, vice-president Greater China & Asia Pacific at Farfetch.

Other topics include: the fashion market's evolution over the past 10 years; the future behaviour and choices of consumers; the growth of the second-hand market and the challenges it generates, with Fanny Moizant, founder and president of Vestiaire Collective; the future of department stores, with Jean-Marc Bellaiche, president of the Printemps group; fashion, apps and web 3.0, with Robin Caudwell, acceleration manager at LVMH Open Innovation and Céline Wargnier, head of communication and events at Etam; and how TikTok has redefined the codes of fashion, with Arthur Sève, founder of Iovo.

A ticket is needed to access the forum, and can be bought on the Fashion Reboot page on the IFM's website.
