Harrods has opened a new shopping destination dedicated to the best contemporary brands for kids within its Childrenswear department on fourth floor. The Mini Fashion Label mirrors the concept of the Fashion Lab department within Womenswear, offering the ultimate mini-me experience.

Brands such as Gardner & the Gang, Mini Rodini, Little Remix, Sweet Pants, Finger in the Nose and Hershel can be found in the newly opened space, which is located alongside the new Nike Kids department in Mini Designer Room three.

The space’s product offering will cater for children from 12 months to 16 years old, and a number of exclusives will be available for AW16.

“Over the last few seasons, we have really focused on building our contemporary Childrenswear category. Following the success of Fashion Lab in Womenswear, we have taken the opportunity to emulate the concept and launch Mini Fashion Lab in Childrenswear. The new department follows in the footsteps of Mini Superbrands and will feature contemporary clothes, shoes and accessories as part of its very own shopping destination,” says Helen David, Chief Merchant at Harrods.

“I am confident that both of our 'Mini' concepts will further reinforce Harrods’ position as the ultimate destination for the most diverse, luxury, and trend-led Children’s Designerwear offering in the world,” she added.

Harrods launched its Fashion Lab in 2013.
