Public School won the menswear prize and M. Patmos the womenswear prize for their merino wool capsule collections, which are available exclusively to Harvey Nichols from September 29th.

Public School's line features woollen leggings, sweaters and vests, and prices range from £235 to £740. M. Patmos' womenswear line consists of cozy hats, luxe layers and fringed blanket cover ups, and retails from £265 to £3,395.

"Merino wool is a perfect match for a travel-focused wardrobe for so many reasons - this premium fibre is super soft and lightweight, wrinkle free, temperature regulating, contains SPF,  is odour resistant and can be worn for up to two weeks without washing. My muse is a seasoned traveller and these season-less pieces work for her in her quest for comfort and performance without sacrificing luxury, style, or elegance,” said M. Patmos.

“We are proud to be long standing supporters of the International Woolmark Prize, it means a great deal to our brand and enables us to nurture the inspiring talent that is out there. I was blown away by the designers’ application to Merino wool this year, what they have produced is truly outstanding,” said Anita Barr, Group Buying Director at Harvey Nichols.
