Marie-Chantal, the luxury childrenswear brand of Princess Marie-Chantal of Greece, has officially opened a flagship store in London’s Belgravia.

The store is situated at 4 Motcomb Street in Belgravia - Marie-Chantal

Designed by Fran Hickman, the interior designer who has also created spaces for Emilia Wickstead, Moda Operandi and Huishan Zhang, the boutique on Motcomb Street hints at the brand’s chic roots with shelves lined with fabrics from Scottish wools to cashmere and silks.

White furniture and gold accents shape the new destination of the brand, founded by Marie-Chantal Miller in 2002. The space houses all of the brand’s classics, as well as seasonal collections for boys and girls, baby gifts, books and toys.

The boutique opened on 17 November, bringing the total number of Marie-Chantal standalone stores to two. The brand is also stocked in some of the UK’s most prestigious retailers, including Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Fortnum & Mason.

With pastel-coloured baby jackets costing around £240, the brand is aimed at well-to-do mothers and international shoppers.
