Tommy Hilfiger is focusing on menswear. This season, the American clothing brand held by giant PVH Corp has decided to once again present its men's collection at the men's fashion weeks, for the first time since February 2013, the date of its last men's show in New York.

It will present its three men's SS16 collections, namely Tommy Hilfiger, couture line Tailored and underwear, on 14 June in London at the brand's showroom in the presence of the founder and designer, then on 15 July in a yet-to-be-determined location, where it will be participating in the very first New York fashion week dedicated to menswear. The two presentations will be followed by a dinner reserved for a select few.

Until now, Tommy Hilfiger wanted to concentrate on his Tailored line, which was brought back into the company and relaunched with great fanfare in January 2013. "There are no plans yet to bring back genuine shows as such. The group would rather focus on Tommy Hilfiger Tailored and its underwear line this year," the house explained.

This strategy will be enforced with the next advertising campaign, the face of which is Spanish tennis champion Rafael Nadal. The first underwear campaign starring the legend will be launched at the end of August. It will be followed by a campaign dedicated to the couture line for fall 2015.
