Nelson is retiring this Easter after spending over 16 years at the company. He will be replaced by Victor Busser, who has been named group managing director of leasing, with effect from 6 January 2020.

The appointment marks a return to McArthurGlen for Busser, who served as leasing director at the designer outlet firm from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, he worked at Neinver Italy for five years as country manager, and held leasing roles at The Mills Corporation and at Cushman & Wakefield.

His most recent role was general manager of Arcus Real Estate, which specialises in the commercialisation and management of luxury, outlet and full price retail property developments.

McArthurGlen CEO Julia Calabrese said: “We are delighted to welcome Victor back to the company.  He understands the importance we attach to working in true partnership with our brands and he will be instrumental in driving the continued success of our mutual businesses.”

“We thank Adrian for his immense contribution and dedication to McArthurGlen, and we wish him and his family every happiness in the future.”
